Wiggly Giggly Watermelon Lemonade

ingredients

  • 1 cup lemonade

  • 1 cup watermelon juice

  • 1 bundle of mint sprigs

  • Lemonade Base:

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1 ½ cups sugar

  • 2 cups lemon juice

  • 16 cups (1 gallon) water

Here are the details for your Lemonade Prep:

  1. Mix 1 cup of hot water and 1 ½ cups of sugar (non-infused) until sugar has fully dissolved.

  2. Add 2 cups of lemon juice and 16 cups of cold water to the hot water & sugar mixture, stirring to combine.

Here are the details for your Watermelon Juice Prep:

  1. Blend half of a watermelon until smooth in a blender, straining to preference, for no pulp.

  2. Using the other half of the watermelon cube out chunks of watermelon to be left in the freezer to be used for future “watermelon ice cubes”

  3. Muddle mint & infused sugar in the bottom of a glass.

  4. Add watermelon ice cubes & top with lemonade & juice.

Cook’s Tip: muddle the mint with infused sugar to ensure the most accurate dosage per drink
